Shipping Guide

Misskleider .com offers high quality Dresses & Wedding Dresses within fast production. In order to maintain low prices and stay friendly to the environment, we make all of our dresses to order. This means it takes time to have your dresses made and then 3-5 business days to have it shipped out to you. Because of this, we recommend placing your order at least one month before you need it.

Processing time for our products:
Wedding dresses: 10-15 workdays
Bridesmaid Dresses: 10-15 workdays
Prom dresses: 10-15 workdays
Special occasion dresses: 10-15 workdays
Accessories: 5 workdays

Rush is available for select styles! Rush order can be done within 5-10 weekdays production time (not including shipping time) and is a non-refundable fee of $50 per dress. Not all styles can be rushed- if it does not list it as an option, we cannot rush it.
We want to make sure you have a beautiful dress that fits wonderfully and we want to make sure we have time to make that happen for you! We are all working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as soon as possible. At the same time, we must remain ethical and pay high attention to quality- we aren't miracle workers, and we are only human <3

We offer free express shipping on orders over $100, and free standard shipping on orders over $49.99. For the shipment part, it all depends on your order amount. We will ship your package via DHL if your order amount is more than 100 USD. Or we your order will be shipped via EMS. Usually DHL takes 3-5 workdays and EMS takes more, the time can be 10 days or more.

We are a small startup and we don't have a warehouse full of ready-made dresses which means if you order a size A8 and realize you actually need a size A10, we'll need to make it for you, just like the last one! Please do keep this in mind. For items in stock, they will be shipped out within 1-2 days. If your event is very urgent, please contact our Customer Service to confirm if the dress you want is in stock. We offer free shipping to most of the countries except some distant places.
